Hello everyone!
I'm having a student party on Saturday, September 4th and 11th. If you can come please let me know which one you can come to in this thread. I'm planning on having the party at my house or an izakaya in Tokorozawa. If you have another idea please let me know in this thread. Thanks!

Hey Kokoro,
Glad you found your way to the board! I remember when I needed permission from my parents for things, hah! You don't have to worry about it being all night because... its not all night! At the moment I'm just trying to make sure enough people are interested in having a student party to make it worthwhile.
So if you are lurking (an expression that means you are reading posts but not posting yourself) please contribute!
My plan right now is if not as many people are interested in a party I'll just have one, probably on the 11th starting around 6:00pm in Tokorozawa. It'll go until 9-ish (approximately nine).

In this case contribute means, "please contribute to the conversation." And that means please join the conversation and write something!
Potluck, that's a great idea Kokoro! I think we'll do that.
Thanks for offering to help Yukie. That does sound good. Do you have any ideas for things to do at the parties?

Hello everyone,
I'm having some trouble finding a place that meets all my needs, so I'm asking you all for any suggestions. I want a place that is close to a station (doesn't necessarily have to be Tokorozawa station, but a station near Tokorozawa station), that has a fair bit of space (for people and activities), that allows us to bring our own food. We can get drinks there. I know of one place but ots far from the station. If anyone has a good idea please tell me soon! Otherwise I'll just do it at an izakaya near Tokorozawa station.

Hi David,
I had a few calls from your students who want to know where you will throw your parties. Even if some students donft reply your post here, they indeed want to join your party. If you want to have it at an izakaya, youfll need to make a reservation. Because once you announce the place and time, I think many students will come and see you. Ifll ask some people tomorrow but I donft know whether it will work.

Hi,David
I think finding the place seems to be a little bit difficult.Izakaya is Ok!I recommend" Watami "or "Wataminchi "near Tokorozawa station. they are cheap and so so tasty(more tasty than "Warawara"). If you need,I will call that izakaya and have a reservation. ;)
