Hello!
What is your favorite food or goods? I am sensitive to the heat. I eat a Chilled Soba Noodles with Nori,Zaru Soba, to beat the heat. Soba(buckwheat) noodles with a chilled dipping sauce is the perfect meal for sweltering summer day.
The ingredients;4servings, 1. dried soba (buckwheat) noodles. 2.Dipping sauce: 1 1/2cup (300ml) dashi broth 5 Tbsp.soy sauce 4 Tbsp. sugar 1 Tbsp.mirin
Direction 1. Heat the dipping sauce ingredients in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and chill. 2.Prepare the chopped scallions, grated ginger.Toast nori seaweed sheet and cut into thin strips,and set out on the table with the wasabi paste.Fill indivifual bowls with the chilled dipping sauce. 3.Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the soba noodles. 4.Drain and rinse under running cold water, agitating the noodles gently to remove all starch. 5.Drain well and place on a serving platter Serve immediatelly.

Hello!
Last month My father bought a trampolin. It's 10,000yen. It's one meters in diameter. I think that get in the way. Because my father put the trampolin on a corridor. And My father got bored of playing jump immediately. But I might use it. Because I should go on a diet. I want lose weight!
